The seriously injured dog was discovered in the Turkish city of Samsun and rescued by members of the local Animal Rights Association (HAYTAP).
He was immediately taken to a private veterinary clinic for emergency treatment. Veterinarians recorded heartbreaking footage of the dog looking pitiful and pitiful.

Veterinarian Mustafa Kanat said: “It appears that the dog's leg was amputated with a sharp instrument. The remaining bone is not in good shape and may not be able to wear a prosthesis.”
“I think the puppy can get around in a walker with wheels and use his hind legs. But I'm so sorry, there are no words left to say.”
The police have opened an investigation but have not yet arrested the person who cut off the poor dog's leg.
